Sir Barnett Stross

The exhibition acquaints its visitors with Sir Barnett Stross, an English doctor, British Member of the Parliament, a patron of the arts, and most of all, a man who devoted a big part of his life to the revitalisation of Lidice. This movement, with an apt title "Lidice Shall Live", was already founded thanks to his initiative by September 1942, and its purpose was obvious: we will not let the name of the village disappear from the world map.
